(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/23/13 -- Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Blue Gold Water Technologies Ltd. (BGO) have been approved for listing. Blue Gold Water Technologies is the resulting issuer of a reverse takeover transaction with Golden Cross Resources Inc. In anticipation of closing the transaction, Golden Cross Resources (GOX) effected a name change and consolidation. See for details. As a result, the symbol and cusip will not change upon completion of the transaction, which is set to close on Friday, May 24, 2013.
