IBC Advanced Alloys Grants Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/23/13 -- IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IB)(OTCQX: IAALF) ("IBC" or the "Company") has granted incentive stock options to directors and officers of the Company, as well as to senior management and certain key employees and consultants of IBC and its wholly owned operating subsidiaries, for the purchase of an aggregate of up to 3,755,000 common shares of the Company. The options have an exercise price of C$0.15 each, are exercisable until May 21, 2018 and vest in stages over a three-year period.
The options are being granted pursuant to the terms of the Company's 2012 amended stock option plan and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange policies and approval.
