Specialist for Embedded-MMI and display solutions takes over European-wide sales channel for future-proofed, Alchemy Ultra-Low-Power Embedded processors

The cores of this new processor family are based upon standard MIPS® processor technology, while both core architecture and implementation were decisively optimized.

Both products of the 1500 series (Au1500® and Au1550®) are especially optimized for wired and wireless applications. They are capable of speeding-up network and remote-access applications (e.g. in gateways, Network Addressable Storage (NAS) units, in Wireless Access Points or in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)-environments).
