Arian Silver Files Technical Report
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ENGLAND -- (Marketwired) -- 05/24/13 -- Arian Silver Corporation ("Arian" or the "Company"), (TSX VENTURE: AGQ)(AIM: AGQ)(FRANKFURT: I3A) today announced that further to the Company's previous announcement on 17 May 2013, it has filed a Technical Report dated 23 May 2013 and entitled "NI43-101 Technical Report Update - San Jose Project, Zacatecas, Mexico".
The Technical Report, prepared by independent consultants, CSA Global (UK) Limited ("CSA"), has been filed on SEDAR and can be found by visiting the Company's publicly available records at or on Arian's website at .
Qualified Person
The "Qualified Persons" (as such term is defined in Canadian National Instrument 43-101) who supervised the preparation of the Technical Report are: Mr Galen White BSc (Hons), FAusIMM, FGS who is an employee and Principal Consultant of independent consultants CSA; Mr Martin King EurGeol, BSc, MIGI, an independent consultant to CSA, and Mr Julian Bennett BSc, ARSM, FIMMM, CEng, an independent consultant to CSA.
The Technical Report was produced for Mr Jim Williams, Eur Ing, Eur Geol, BSc, MSc, D.I.C., FIMMM, who is Chief Executive Officer of Arian, and who is also a "Qualified Person" as defined in the AIM guidelines of the London Stock Exchange and a "Qualified Person" as such term is defined in Canadian National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101").
Messrs White, King and Bennett have each reviewed, verified and approved the contents of this release.
