Los Angeles, CA (May 23, 2013) - Mercedes is turning up the heat with actor Tariq Alexander, in the video release of her newest single "Lover Of My Life". Produced by Bruce Gowdy, founding member of World Trade, Unruly Child and Stone Fury, the tune is the latest from her album No Drive By Love. Now available on Amazon and iTunes, "Lover of My Life," is a tantalizing jam that pleads for love and acceptance.

"Her music matters," said media consultant and publicist Elliot Mintz. "She allows it to speak for her. Her music transcends generational gaps. The experience is more about the painting than the painter, but she is not hesitant when it comes to articulating her passions."
