2013-0510-Minerva Minerals Limited-Name Change/Consolidation

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/24/13 -- Minerva Minerals Limited has announced a name change to Greywacke Exploration Ltd. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each two (2) pre-consolidation common shares effective May 28, 2013. Any resulting fractional share will be dealt with by taking the number of shares issuable on the exchange to the nearest lower whole share. As a result the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 4,600,500.

The common shares of Greywacke Exploration Ltd. will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Tuesday, May 28, 2013. The Company will trade under the new symbol "GWL".

CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders under the new symbol and taking into account the share consolidation.
