Metallum Resources Announces Granting of Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/27/13 -- Metallum Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MRV) (the "Company") announces that on May 24, 2013 its Board of Directors granted 1,500,000 options under the Company's Stock Option Plan to its various directors and/or officers/and a consultant (consisting of 6 persons) to replace 1,325,000 options which expired on May 1, 2013. The options have been granted for a period of 5 years and have an exercise price of $0.10. All options granted are subject to the terms and provisions of the Stock Option Plan.

Metallum has an option to earn a 70% interest in the M-18 gold property in Argentina. It has 70,945,009 common shares outstanding and approximately $7,900,000 in cash, with no debt, as of today's date.
