Workplace Wireless Solutions Expert Returns to Global Agency


(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/28/13 -- , the global digital communications agency, has been appointed to handle the PR program across North America and Europe for , a global leader in wireless solutions for the workplace.

LEWIS will drive the global PR strategy. The aim is to raise the profile of Spectralink following its divestiture from Polycom in December 2012. The former enterprise wireless division of Polycom was acquired by Sun Capital Partners. It re-launched as Spectralink on December 4, 2012, the name it held prior to its acquisition by Polycom in 2007.

LEWIS will be managing a campaign to reintroduce Spectralink to the market. Campaign goals for the first year include building brand equity with customers and partners, and educating on how Spectralink's solutions solve everyday communications challenges in the workplace.

The campaign will combine news, customer stories, thought leadership and social media to raise awareness of how the company's mobile handsets and workplace solutions improve efficiency, reduce errors and save costs. Healthcare, retail and manufacturing media will be the primary target sectors.

The campaign will also involve a profile-raising program for the Danish President & CEO, Sten Dyrmose, who is relocating to Boulder, Colorado, US to head the business.
