comm.fleet is the professional, approved solution for the fleet management, which is precisely aligned to the individual requirements of businesses. By operating with the software, fleet managers reduce costs, gain visibility and establish new, streamlined workflows, which enable massive time benefits and efficient utilization of resources.
comm.lease is specifically designed for the effective management of all leasing and financing contracts and supports all business processes, regardless of whether companies offer their customers lease, full service lease, rental or hire purchase or other forms of transfer agreements.
comm.object enables companies to manage a perfect property portfolio. Regardless of whether it is real estate, machinery, mobile phones or other types of objects, the object management software comm.object provides a simple and clear handling of all processes within the object management.
The ultra-modern software systems comm.fleet, comm.lease and comm.object were now expensively expanded and architecturally redesigned. The current version 3 provides not only 850 news but also some structural alterations, such as the online and mobile reporting portal, the renewal of data replication, system and data monitoring, advanced support system, the optimization of complex, multi-level data migrations or the improvement of synchronous SAP interfaces. In addition, the tasks and activities management has been refined and the business processes were expanded both professional and technical at more comfortable details.
The reporting functions of the software products, which include about 100 current evaluations around inventory management and controlling, enable companies to filter out cost drivers to intervene early regulating. The evaluations are quickly customizable and can be exported in various ways.
The reporting tool can now be used online and mobile, not only with computers or notebooks, but also with a mobile web-app through smartphones or tablets. Access to the web-based reporting portal is independent from the operating system, via established Internet browsers.
At the process of data replication an automated exchange of information take place, such as vehicles, costs or expenses between two comm.fleet systems in the background. Another new item is the flexible configuration of content exchange at client level with respect to data exchange, replication and rights management. One example is the provision of a mirror system on the internet for direct access to fleet data by selected customers and service providers.
The system and data monitoring now allows monitoring of any systems and object states in the database as well as any conditions for the determination of records and information. It also allows flexible configuration and an automated implementation of follow-up actions, when a certain condition is found. So vehicle appointments are timely sent as an email or create a task. Warnings appear when leasing contracts expire and no successor vehicle is provided or it occurs the reporting of overdue tasks, regardless of the deposited escalation, to the superior instance.
Considered professionally, the further expansion of multilingualism and translation tools, a more flexible deduction treatment for countries outside the EU, the development of client control and the stabilization and expansion of the areas of scheduling, sales contracts and reporting took place. In addition, the customizing options and rights management have been enhanced, created a NSD interface to determine the vehicle's technical data based on the chassis number as well as the option of a separate licensing of vehicles and other objects.
The version 3 of comm.fleet, comm.lease and comm.object also offers an advanced system support for Windows 8 and Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
