Mountain China Resorts Announces Appointment of New Audit Committee Member
(firmenpresse) - BEIJING, CHINA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/29/13 -- Mountain China Resorts (Holding) Limited (TSX VENTURE: MCG) ("MCR" or the "Company"), announced today that it has appointed Shi Chen to the audit committee in place of Ermanno Pascutto. The audit committee now consists of Wing Keun Philip Li, Lian Wang and Shi Chen.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Pascutto sincerely for his contributions to the Company during his tenure as a director and a member of the audit committee of the Company.
