Hastings Mutual Insurance Company Appoints John L. Ward to the Board of Directors

Ward to the company's Board of Directors. Ward was officially appointed during the company Board meeting that took place on Wednesday, April 10. He has more than 36 years of business experience, and currently is the Founder and CEO of Cincinnatus Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the insurance industry.
