Pro-Or Announces Warrant Extension by One Year

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/29/13 -- Pro-Or Mining Resources (TSX VENTURE: POI) or Pro-Or announces that, subject to required approvals from regulatory authorities, the Company will extend the expiration date of warrants issued in respect of a private placement which closed on June 11th, 2009 by one year.

The private placement of June 11th 2009 represented 20 units for an amount of five thousand dollars ($ 5,000) per unit, for a total amount of $ 100,000, each unit consisting of:
