Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading
international stem cell storage company and the largest family stem cell bank in
Europe, announces further to its press release dated 15 May and as a matter of
update of matters regarding Salveo Holding S.A. ('Salveo'), Cryo-Save's new 27 %
shareholder, that it has received a request by Salveo to convene an
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
The Company will discuss this request with Salveo, and expects that it shall
shortly announce the convocation of a shareholders meeting, which is expected to
be held in July 2013. Parallel to the discussions on Salveo's aforementioned
request, the Company and Salveo have agreed to initiate discussions on a
potential strategic business alliance and possible co-operation on specific
scientific and medical projects. Cryo-Save will keep its shareholders and other
stakeholders informed of significant developments and will issue additional
statements if and when appropriate
