Arianne Phosphate announces results of its annual & special general assembly of shareholders
(firmenpresse) - SAGUENAY, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/30/13 -- Arianne Phosphate Inc. ("Arianne" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DAN)(FRANKFURT: JE9N)(OTCBB: DRRSF) is pleased to announce the election of directors as listed in the information circular dated May 6, 2013. During the annual & special general assembly of shareholders held in Montreal, Quebec on May 29, Messrs. James Cowley, Luc Boivin, Marco Gagnon, David J. DeBiasio, Guthrie J. Stewart and Siva Jothie Pillay were elected to the Board of Directors.
Following the Meeting, the Board confirmed that Mr. Guthrie J. Stewart will serve as interim Chairman of the Board.
In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the following appointments: Jean-Sebastien David as Arianne Phosphate's Chief Operating Officer and Derek Lindsay will also act as Corporate Secretary, in addition to his duties as Chief Financial Officer.
Management is also announcing that shareholders have approved changing the Company's name to Arianne Phosphate Inc., which reflects its intention to focus its operations on the development of the Lac a Paul phosphate mine.
Finally, the resolution to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) as the Company's auditors for the current fiscal year was also approved.

Arianne Phosphate () is developing the Lac a Paul phosphate deposits located approximately 200 km north of the Saguenay/Lac St. Jean region of Quebec, Canada. These deposits will produce a high quality igneous apatite concentrate grading 39% P2O5 with little or no contaminant. The Company has 77 million shares issued.
