Prolifics Launches Professional Women's Network
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 05/30/13 -- Prolifics, an award-winning, end-to-end systems integrator, today announces that the Prolifics Professional Women's Network has been launched by Linda Connolly (Business Development Director), Debbie Marcet (Account Executive) and Robyn Dixon (Alliance Manager).
The Prolifics Professional Women's Network (PPWN) was established to provide a formal mechanism through which the women of Prolifics can interact and share ideas in an effort to promote professional growth. PPWN will provide a forum for female employees to discuss professional challenges that are unique to women and help each other by sharing our perspectives on issues that affect us as women in the workplace. PPWN plans to also reach beyond the walls of the Prolifics organizations by interacting with other corporate women's organizations to expand their networks and gain experience from a wider range of women.
The inaugural meeting featured Sandy Carter, VP at IBM in Social Business Evangelism, and discussed the history and activities of the IBM Super Women's Group (SWG) and her experiences including insight on women and work issues.
