Europe, announces today that following on Mr. Arnoud van Tulder's retirement as
Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2013, Ms. Evi Mattil, Chief
Commercial Officer, will to take over with immediate effect and on an ad interim
basis the functions of Arnoud van Tulder. The search and formal procedure for
the nomination of a new CEO will be started immediately.
