At the today's Annual General Meeting of Highlight Communications AG for
the fiscal year 2012, the shareholders of the company agreed unanimously to
all proposals made by the Board of Directors. All of the board members have
been re-elected and the distribution of a dividend of CHF 0.17 per share
has been approved. Payment date is June 10th onwards.
