(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/31/13 -- TomaGold Corporation (TSX VENTURE: LOT) ("TomaGold" or the "Company") is pleased to report that the following people were elected as directors at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 30, 2013: Roger Boucher, Robert Desjardins, Maurice Giroux, David Grondin and Vittorio Violo.
David Grondin, President and Chief Executive Officer of TomaGold, said that: "On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to thank Yves Gauthier for his contribution to the Company's success. The shareholders further approved all the proposals set out in the proxy circular.
