B2B portal for international IT partnerships(firmenpresse) - Engen, November 2010. Many IT companies owe their success to the right partner in consulting and sales. Especially in the context of products requiring a lot of consulting, such as ERP, CRM, DMS or solutions in the field of human resources, logistics and production, high-performance partner companies are usually essential.
Now the new B2B portal (www.innovative-ic.com/b2b-portal.html) offers help in finding the suitable sales partner. The open virtual market place allows its visitors to present their offer either in searching or offering IT companies.
International presence
The portal has been developed and run by the internationally operating consulting company IIC, who has been specialised in initiating partnerships in the European and extra-European market of information technology and telecommunication (ITC) for ten years. "The portal completes our service portfolio and is interesting for software providers and developers, who can find the ideal sales partner easily on our portal. On the other hand, resellers and OEM partners can quickly view the current market solutions", explains Werner Bezikofer, managing director of the consulting company based at Engen in Southern Baden (Germany).
Basically we distinguish between information about the company and on the product. For each company and product it is possible to add comprehensive information in order to give a well rounded image for the portal users. Not only the company logo or product picture, company or product description can be placed, but also additional information, for instance in the form of a PDF or power point presentation. The countries, in which the partner is searched or the product is available, can be selected from a list.
It has also been taken into consideration the important topic of keywords (tags), under which a company or product can be found. Werner Bezikofer: "Software is difficult to describe. Therefore our portal offers categorized keywords plus keywords with free allocation combined with free text searching."
Three steps to your entry
Three steps are sufficient in order to enter information into the portal: The provider registers, IIC assigns the access data, the provider enters information and activates the entry. "We have paid a great deal of attention to ergonomic handling and display. The complete data record can be viewed with the preview function before being activated intentionally." The portal language is English, however entries can be made and displayed in any language.
Registrations until 31-03-2011 receive free entry for six months. Subsequently the entry will be charged at 100 Euro per month. Werner Bezikofer: "This fee is mainly used for the online marketing of the portal. This increases indirectly the visibility and perceptibility on the market, which means an obvious additional benefit for the registered companies."
