("Jayden" or the "Company") (TSX: JDN) announces that at the request of the Company, effective May 31, 2013, BDO Limited (HK), Certified Public Accountants, has resigned as the Company's auditor to facilitate the appointment of MNP LLP of Vancouver, B.C. as the Company's new auditor effective immediately.
The management of the Company wishes to thank BDO for their dedication and excellent work in the past.
