("Golden Moor" or the "Company"), a company listed on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (the "Exchange"), is pleased to announce that the Ontario Securities Commission has lifted the cease trade order on the securities of the Company previously issued on May 14, 2013 due to the late filing of its interim financial statements.

It has developed over 89 recipes derived from moor mud with uncommonly high humic acid content.
