Vancouver, BC – Tosca Mining Corp. (TSX-V: TSQ) announces that is has finalized its consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital such that every four (4) existing shares are consolidated into one (1) new share effective May 31, 2013. The share consolidation and name change received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance on May 31, 2013.
The shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis on June 3, 2013. There is no name change in connection with the consolidation and the Company will retain its existing trading symbol: TSX-V:TSQ. Following the consolidation, the Company will have a total of 11,076,125 shares issued and outstanding.
Management of the Company believes that the consolidation of its share capital will better position the Company to raise the funds it requires to finance its ongoing business activities including the acquisition of additional resource.
