Altai Announces Resignation of Two Directors
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/03/13 -- Altai Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ATI) (US SEC Rule 12g3-2(b) File # 82-2950) ("Altai" or the "Company") announces that effective June 3, 2013 K. Sethu Raman and Nick Tintor have resigned as directors of the Company.
The board of directors of the Company thanks Mr. Raman for his long time services as a director since joining the Altai board in 2001, and Mr. Tintor for his services as a director of Altai since 2012.
