The annual and special meeting of common shareholders of Wentworth Resources
Limited, will be held on June 25, 2013 at 14:00 (CEST) at Hotel Continental,
Stortingsgaten 24/26, Oslo, Norway.
A complete notice and related documents, including the Company's Audited
Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the year ended
December 31, 2012, have been sent to the Shareholders of Record as of May
24, 2013 and are also available on the Company's website:
www.wentworthresources.com/filings.php.
The Board of Directors has determined to fix the number of directors at five, a
reduction of one, and, other than the five directors nominated for re-election
as set out in the information circular, no other nominees are proposed for
election as a director. Mr Issa Baluch will not be standing for re-election.
