Intelligent Virtual Assistant to Assist CareFirst's Customers When Choosing a Health Plan

In October 2013, CodeBaby will launch an (CIVA) on CareFirst's individual exchange that will be used by members who contract directly with CareFirst for their health insurance coverage. The technology will serve as a virtual assistant to help consumers select the appropriate health plan for their medical needs. The 3D virtual assistant named "Chloe" is designed to enhance users of CareFirst's individual enrollment tools and enhance member self-service capabilities.
