Mill City Announces Results of General Meeting
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/04/13 -- At the general meeting of shareholders of MILL CITY GOLD CORP. ("Mill City" and/or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MC)(OTCBB: MCYGF)(FRANKFURT: NJ6) held today, the shareholders approved the proposed consolidation of the Company's fully paid and issued common shares on a ratio of one post consolidation common share for every seventeen pre-consolidation common shares. Of the shares represented to vote at the general meeting, 93.39 per cent voted to approve the proposed consolidation. The Company will be proceeding with the proposed share consolidation in due course.
