Vytran to Highlight Optical Fiber Processing Solutions for Fiber Laser Production and Others at CLEO: 2013

The exposition is scheduled for June 11-13, 2013, at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California.

At its CLEO booth, Vytran will show a selection of its high-performance products. This includes Vytran's newest splicer, the LFS-4100, which can be used on fibers as large as 1.25 mm in diameter. The LFS-4100 combines large-diameter fiber splicing capabilities with a high degree of user process control and simple operation, making it ideal for applications such as fiber laser manufacturing and producing many fiber-based medical devices.
The LFS-4100 splicer is designed to work with Vytran's flagship GPX-3000 Series optical fiber glass processors. This compatibility allows users to efficiently transition manufacturing processes from development using the GPX unit to efficient, cost-effective volume production using an LFS-4100. Vytran will show a GPX-3000 Series optical fiber glass processor at its CLEO booth, along with a CAS-4000 Series splicer for high-volume manufacturing, and an LDC-400 large-diameter fiber cleaver.
