ESSA Bancorp, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
(firmenpresse) - STROUDSBURG, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/04/13 -- ESSA Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESSA) announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of five cents ($0.05) per share to shareholders of record as of June 16, 2013, payable on June 30, 2013. This will be the twenty-first consecutive quarter ESSA Bancorp, Inc. has paid a dividend. ESSA Bancorp, Inc. became a public company in April 2007.
