Cooperation Agreement between Cariboo Gold Mines PLC and Alix Resources
Corp. imminent.

A contractual agreement in negotiations that started in mid May 2013,
about the participation of Cariboo Gold Mines PLC , a company listed on the
Berlin stock exchange, in the Golden Granite Project of its US partner Alix
Resources Corp. Are , is imminent. '' Both companies have reached a
consensus on all basic points of the contractual modalities. We expect to
agree on the last few remaining open points in the next few days'' Thomas
Werner, director of Cariboo Gold Mines PLC , said in a statement.
The Golden Granite project area covers 600 hectares and is located
approximately 280 kilometers southeast of Las Vegas . The area contains a
series of gold-bearing quartz veins. At a trial near the
historic Big Stick mine in 2011, which is in the south eastern part of the
area, an output of over 8 grams of gold per ton could be proven.
Meanwhile preparations for the implemention of the drilling programm at the
Canadian Cottonwood claims are in full swing. After the management was able
to secure the necessary resources for the technical execution of the
drilling and the necessary laboratory capacity for analysis of core
samples, it is now time for fine-tuning of internal processes: '' The
drilling programm , which was developed by our partner geotec Rohstoff
GmbH, and totals of 41 drilling sites at current planing status, consists
of 28 placer mining drilling holes and 13 drilling holes for mineral
exploration.Its is crucial that prior to commencement of the the drilling
it is clear which parts of the
drilling samples are to be analysed for its gold content in the
laboratory.'' Thomas Werner describes the course of action.Results from the
drilling program and the accompanying exploration activities are expected
by the end of 2013 .
The Company:
Cariboo Gold Mines PLC is the parent company of Quesnel Gold Mines Inc.
with its place of business in Vancouver, Canada, which owns extensive
mining rights ('Claims'), acquired in his efforts since the 1970s by the
late Bernard 'Bud' Henning, an established expert on the mining of
resources. Over the decades Bud Henning collected a number of mostly
connected gold- and mineral concessions in different areas of the Canadian
Cariboo Regional District. After Bud Henning's death these concessions
descended into family property and are now, after further exploration
works, ready to be utilized.
The key project of Cariboo Gold Mines PLC is the exploration of the
Cottonwood-Claims, situated in the Canadian Cariboo District. The most
important milestone of the activities in the current mining season is the
execution of the drilling program on the claims. Results from the drilling
program and the accompanying exploration activities are expected for the
end of 2013. The start of the final gold production on the
Cottonwood-Claims is planned for the year 2014.
