RHJ International: Transparency Declaration - Persons Acting in Concert

On June 4, 2013, RHJ International SA ("RHJI") has been informed by the FSMA
that on 24 May 2013, the FSMA received a notification from the persons mentioned
below acting in concert who have concluded an agreement to adopt, by concerted
exercise of the voting rights they hold, a lasting common policy.

RHJI did not receive such notification from the persons acting in concert. It
nevertheless makes the notification received via the FSMA public in accordance
with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings in
issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and laying
down miscellaneous provisions.
