InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust Announces Voting Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Unitholders
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/06/13 -- InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust ("InnVest") (TSX: INN.UN) is pleased to announce that at its annual and special meeting of unitholders held on June 5, 2013, all the proposed resolutions, including the appointment of Trustees, were passed by a show of hands.
There were 51,506,797 units represented in person or by proxy at the meeting, representing an aggregate of 54.96% of all eligible votes.
Over 99.9% of the votes represented at the meeting were represented by proxy. If a ballot was held at the meeting, those proxies were directed to vote as follows in respect of the election of Trustees:
