Andy Watson leaves SNP Schneider-Neureither&Partner AG
Heidelberg, 7 June 2013 - SNP Schneider-Neureither&Partner AG, which is
listed in the General Standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN
DE0007203705), announces that Andy Watson will leave the company by end of
June 2013. Andy Watson is member of the Executive Board at SNP
Schneider-Neureither&Partner AG since summer 2011 and will take on new
professional challenges at a major corporation.
After the resignation of Mr Watson, until further notice, the company will
be managed by the Chairman of the Executive Board Dr Andreas
Schneider-Neureither. Even after the appointment of a new Executive Board
member, Dr Schneider-Neureither will remain responsible for capital market
relations.
The company would like to thank Mr Watson for his commitment and his
valuable contribution to the company within the last two years and wishes
him all the best for his professional and personal future.
