Zurich City Council member Daniel Leupi has been appointed to the Board of
Directors of MCH Group Ltd. Zurich City Council has delegated the Head of the
Zurich Finance Department to the Board for the term of office that runs until
autumn 2014; under the terms of the statutes of MCH Group Ltd., the City of
Zurich is entitled to delegate one member to the Board. City Council member
Daniel Leupi is taking over this function as successor to the former City
Council member Martin Vollenwyder.
