The 2-day boot camps provide actionable strategies to resellers and service providers to reduce their operational costs, shorten their sales cycle and increase their revenues and profitability as they transform their business to managed services provision with the support of Ingram Micro. Specific tracks include CEO, Operations, Sales, Cloud and Service Delivery.
"It is the fifth edition of the boot camp in the United Kingdom and the first time in the Benelux region. Ingram Micro together with, takes pride in educating its partners in best practices for business improvement and transformation by focusing on the most critical areas of an IT practice, which include Operations, Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery and Vendor Relationships," explains Jason Beal, executive director and general manager, Advanced Solutions Division Europe.
The enablement boot camps events are part of a wider initiative launched in September 2011 by Ingram Micro called the "Channel Transformation Alliance" (www.channeltransformation.com) which aims at educating the channel on reseller transformation. The initiative has gained significant momentum in the last two years and has helped thousands of reseller partners in Europe evolve their business models and transform to the hybrid IT resellers of the future. The Channel Transformation Alliance's approach is a step by step transformation supported by multiple events, trainings and vendor interactions over whole Europe.

Boot camps are open to all Ingram Micro and non-Ingram Micro resellers and service provider customers. Registrations are free and a limited amount of attendee seats are still available. Participants are required to attend the full two days.
