continue his career as per September 1, 2013 at Action Holding BV, an
international non-food retail organization.
Mr. Cornelese regards this decision as a logical step in his career and will be
nominated as CFO at Action Holding.
The supervisory board and the executive board of TenCate respect his decision
and wish him success in his further career.
