Kalido Names Renee Lorton to Board of Directors

Accomplished Executive to Bring Depth and Breadth of Experience in BI, Application Software

An Independent Director of the company, Ms. Lorton joins Bill Hewitt, President and CEO of Kalido, Jeff Fagnan, Partner in the technology group at Atlas Venture and Tim Barrows, General Partner at Matrix Partners as a director.

Ms. Lorton has a distinguished career as a technology executive with leading companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers, PeopleSoft and Cognos. In addition, she has successfully led early stage companies as CEO and board member for companies including Centrifuge Systems, Appfluent and LogiAnalytics.
