Tangibal announces further revenue growth in the first two months of the quarter and new investment
London, 12th June 2013. Tangibal Group Plc is pleased to announce that revenue for April and May 2013 has exceeded management expectations with over €350,000 of invoiced revenue.
VP Networks Limited (formerly known as Infotech Digital) a wholly owned subsidiary of Tangibal Group Plc has taken screen system orders with a gross revenue of over €200,000.
Tangibal Media and its Cinema network continues to deliver strong media sales with brands such as Microsoft, HTC, O2, Heineken, Peugeot, Red Bull and Sony advertising on the network delivering gross revenue of over €150,000.
We are also pleased to announce that the company has successfully raised (subject to the passing of certain resolutions at the forthcoming AGM and contractual closing) a further €250,000 in a mixture of debt and equity with circa €130,000 in equity coming from existing shareholders / directors in the Group.
