Clarification from the Board of Directors of Ruric AB

The noticed to attend the annual general meeting published on www.ruric.com on
30 May 2013 was published by mistake. Further, the Interim Report for January -
March 2013 published on www.ruric.com on 31 May 2013 was based on this notice,
and therefore contains references to information regarding the annual general
meeting which are incorrect. A new correct notice to attend the annual general
meeting will be published shortly.
