Report of the Combined General meeting of June, 13, 2013
The Combined General Meeting of Maurel & Prom shareholders held on Thursday June
13, 2013, chaired by Mr. Jean-François HENIN, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer approved all the resolutions submitted. The General Meeting approved the
consolidated financial statements for the period ending December 31, 2012 and
delivered a quitus to the Board of Directors.
Upon proposal of this Board of Directors, the Shareholders' Meeting approved the
payment of a dividend of ?0.40 per share for 2012, which will be payable the
June 26, 2013.
