After successful implementation of initial restructuring measures by the management team introduced by mpool Beteiligungen GmbH, Brähler ICS Konferenztechnik AG showed a significant year-on-year improvement in earnings in the first five months of fiscal year 2013 and the company's debt position has been notably reduced.
The company's sale to Chinese investors close to the conference technology company Quadra Technic ICS Limited in Hong Kong gives Brähler ICS Konferenztechnik AG the opportunity to improve the Brähler brand's positioning in the attractive Asian market.
The executive and supervisory boards of ICS Brähler Konferenztechnik AG welcome the new owners and anticipate that the restructuring process introduced by mpool Beteiligungen GmbH will be steadfastly continued.
