Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund Announces Re-Election of Trustees at Annual Unitholder Meeting
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/14/13 -- Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (TSX: BPF.UN) (the "Fund") is pleased to announce the re-election of its trustees at the Fund's annual general meeting of unitholders held on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
All of the trustee nominees set out in the information circular dated April 24, 2013 were re-elected to serve until the next annual general meeting of unitholders or until their successors are elected or appointed. A total of 6,726,908 units and other securities with voting entitlements were represented at the meeting, being 38.05% of the Fund's issued and outstanding units and other securities with voting entitlements.
