Outotec appoints Olli Nastamo to Executive Board
Outotec has appointed Mr Olli Nastamo, Master of Science (engineering), as
Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence and member of the Executive Board
as of August 1, 2013. Olli Nastamo, 56, is joining Outotec from Comptel
Corporation where he has been responsible for Comptel Inventory business and
business operations. Prior to that he has held several senior leadership
positions in the fields of business management, product management, R&D,
project management, engineering, human resources, information technology,
quality and business processes in several technology and engineering companies.
At Outotec, Mr Nastamo's responsibilities will include enterprise architecture
and operating model, business processes and organization structures, QEHS
systems and practices, Information Management and some other global services.
Outotec's current SVP, Business Infrastructure, Mr Tapio Niskanen, will take up
a new position as of August 1, focusing on building Outotec's uniform business
processes and IT-solutions to serve Outotec's global needs. He will report to
Olli Nastamo.
