Prairie Oil Field Services Prepares for Increased Revenues From South Central Manitoba

("Prairie Oil Field" or "the Company"), a mining, manufacturer and distributor of crushed gravel and sand materials, is pleased to announce they are preparing for increased revenues from South Central Manitoba. Revenue growth will be driven by rising demand of crushed gravel service.

"In order to meet the high demand, we are in the final stages of acquiring a 160-acre quarry in Manitoba. The quarry will significantly increase our inventory of crushed gravel and allow us to begin mining and marketing a more diversified product line, including shale and stone specialty products. The all-cash transaction is expected to be non-dilutive to shareholders and close within the next 15 days," concluded Darcy Hird.
