Pursuant to article 26 sec 1 clause 2 WpHG, BB Biotech AG, Schaffhausen,
Switzerland, herby reports that it decreased its holding in own shares to below
10% and 5% respectively of the proportion of voting rights as of June 17, 2013
(a total of 442 245 shares / 3.73% of the proportion of voting rights) due to a
capital reduction.
Thereof, 2.68% of the proportion of voting rights (a total of 317 245 shares)
are held through its wholly-owned subsidiary Biotech Target N.V., Curaçao.
