Adjustment of the conversion price for the convertible bond of GSW
Immobilien AG in the amount of EUR 182.9 million due on November 19, 2019
(ISIN DE000GSW1111)
The conversion price for the bond has been adjusted as a result of dividend
payments for financial year 2012 in accordance with§11 para. 4 of the
terms and conditions of the bond. The conversion price now totals EUR
35.0855 (previously: EUR 36.2050).
