(firmenpresse) - CONCORD, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/20/13 -- Epsilon Energy Ltd. (TSX: EPS) (the "Company" or "Epsilon") announced today that the Epsilon board of directors met on June 20, 2013 to consider JVL Advisors, LLC and Advisory Research, Inc.'s requisition for a special meeting of the shareholders of Epsilon. The requisition was made on June 17, 2013 and was announced by the requisitioning parties in a press release issued on the same date. The board of directors has formed a special committee to advise the board on a response.
