majority
Dividends amounting to 50 cents per share for 2012
Düsseldorf, 21 June 2013 - As in previous years, Essanelle Hair Group AG is
once again paying dividends of 50 cents per share for the financial year
2012, following approval at the Annual General Meeting. This allowed for
the dividend continuity to be retained, as announced by the Management
Board. In addition to this recommendation, the company shareholders agreed
to all other agenda items with a large majority at today's annual General
Meeting in Düsseldorf.
Achim Mansen said in his speech: 'We are delighted to be able to distribute
consistently high dividends once again for the financial year 2012.
Regarding our expectations, we are satisfied with the financial year 2012
and the current year 2013 also got off to a good start. In this regard, it
is our goal to once again be in a position to recommend a dividend on this
scale at the next annual General Meeting.'
Essanelle Hair Group AG got off to a good start in the financial year 2013.
In the first quarter of 2013, sales revenue ranged slightly above the
previous year's level at EUR 30.8 million. At EUR 0.6 million, earnings
before tax (EBT), it ranged below the previous year's level, but remained
within the scope of our expectations.
