MGold Announces Relocation and Change of Date of Its Annual General and Special Meeting
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/22/13 -- MGold Resources Inc. ("MGold" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: MNI)advises that it has relocated its Annual General and Special Meeting to be held on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 10am to the following address:
Relocation is necessary following the initial delay of the meeting because the city of Calgary is remains in a state of local emergency due to significant flooding, and access to the downtown is not advisable. Other than the new location and date, all other aspects of the Annual General Meeting remain unchanged.
