Oroco Obtains Approval for Sale of Cerro Prieto to Goldgroup

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/24/13 -- Oroco Resource Corp. ("Oroco") (TSX VENTURE: OCO)(FRANKFURT: OR6) is pleased to announce that the resolution to approve the indirect sale of the Cerro Prieto Project (the "Transaction") by the Company to Goldgroup Mining Inc. ("Goldgroup") was passed by its shareholders at the Special General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 21, 2013, with over 99% of votes cast being in favour. Details of the transaction were announced in the Company's news release of April 10, 2013.
