Scorpio Gold Reports Results of Annual & Special Meeting
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/25/13 -- Scorpio Gold Corporation ("Scorpio Gold" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SGN) announces the re-election of Peter J. Hawley, Brian Lock, Luc Pelchat, David W. Smalley and Andrew Lee Smith as directors of the Company at the Company's annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 25, 2013.
At the meeting, the Company's shareholders also approved the renewal of the Company's stock option plan and the adoption of the advance notice policy for director nominations, as set out in the Company's management information circular dated May 21, 2013.
